Watch two versions of a product list being compared. See changes, new or missing items, and details that need checking before updating a price list or order form.

The example uses an older CSV file and a newer Excel (XLSX) file, with 12 fictional rows in each. The review decisions are samples. The XLSX and PDF reports are available below.

The video does not measure review time or show results from a real customer.

What the video shows
  1. An older CSV product list and a newer Excel spreadsheet are opened. The columns for product codes, descriptions and prices are selected.
  2. A price change is accepted as a sample decision after checking both files. Items with duplicate product codes are held for review.
  3. The remaining sample decisions are saved. Unknown stock stays distinct from zero. Currency changes, case and pack sizes, and items missing from the newer list still need review.
  4. The exported Excel (XLSX) report is shown in a read-only preview. The video then shows the overview PDF.
