These terms apply only after a separately agreed order. An inquiry does not create an order.

1. Scope

   Compare two versions of one product catalog, up to 100 records per file. Deliver an XLSX comparison and PDF summary showing changes and unresolved questions. Uncertain matches stay flagged.

2. Price

   $75 plus separately stated applicable tax, with the total capped at $100. One-time purchase, no subscription or unapproved extra charges.

3. Payment and delivery

   Check the files first. Agree on scope, total, terms, and delivery date before accepting the order. Collect payment before comparison work starts. No turnaround promise until the inputs are checked.

4. Cancellation

   Full refund if the customer cancels before delivery, even if work has started. After delivery, changing their mind alone doesn’t qualify for a refund.

5. Errors

   One consolidated correction pass for our mistakes is included. That doesn’t excuse unresolved errors. If we can’t provide a result meeting the agreed scope within an agreed correction period, refund in full, including tax, without deducting processing fees.

6. Delays

   Tell the customer and offer a revised date or cancellation with a full refund. No silently extending deadlines.

7. Exclusions

   Extra files, changed instructions, website research, inventory verification, and updates to their store or accounts require a separate agreement. The report isn’t automatically a store-import file.

8. Data and acceptance

   Use only files the customer is authorized to share. Agree on private transfer, processing providers, access, and retention before receiving them. No publishing or marketing use of their data. Silence is never acceptance, and legal consumer rights remain intact.
